BeRo's is a Chicago-based lip balm company that specializes in making lip balm from ingredients straight from the kitchen. BeRo's founder, Bettina Rochelle Smith, who has always had a knack for experimenting with different ingredients for creating something spectacular.
One day, Bettina went to the store to buy some lip balm for her lips; she put on the lip balm. As a result, it presented a bad taste in her mouth (yuck!). From that point on, she decided that it was time to come up with a lip balm that was not only beneficial to her extremely dry lips, but it will not present a bad taste in her mouth!
The lip balms' ingredients include everything from using carrier oils to common kitchen spices (i.e. cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, nutmeg, just to name a few!), which provides the plumping effects to the product.
Our lip balms are both petroleum-based (for extremely dry lips) and beeswax-base (for normal lips).
BeRo's do not test our products on animals.
